SYNOPSIS

Join Jack Stein (son of legendary chef, Rick Stein) on his first international food odyssey as he explores the true meaning of a culinary exchange.​ Britain has some of the world’s most historical and wonderful dishes, but Jack knows they haven’t changed much in centuries. So, Jack decides to delve into the history of 10 of Britain’s most famous dishes, cooking his version of them at home in Cornwall, before taking them to 10 different cities around the world where they’re not so famous. ​
